Your Role as Pool Deck / Assistant Manager

As a Pool Deck / Assistant Manager at Superfish Swim Schools, you will play a crucial role in developing swimming skills and water safety awareness in your students. Assist and support in the running and operations of the Centre with enthusiasm.  You will inspire learners of all ages to embrace the water with confidence.

• Previous experience in teaching swimming or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
• Current first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Experience in a Pool Deck or Assistant Manager role is preferred.
